The Construction Owners Association of America (COAA) is a national organization of public and private facilities Owners whose membership is predominately institutional Owners (higher education, K-12 school districts, healthcare organizations, and local, state, and federal government) plus services providers to the Owners. The conference was geared to educate and foster information-sharing on issues and trends related to project management, design, and construction, with a theme of “Adapt and Overcome.”
Rod used the University of Maryland, Baltimore County’s newly completed Center for Well-Being as a case study for the “Lessons Learned from an Innovative Construction Approach.”
