Maryland Secretary of General Services, Ellington Churchill, Jr., and DGS Chief of Public Schools & Community Colleges, Clarence Felder, visited MODLOGIQ in New Holland, PA along with Gilbert Architects, Whiting-Turner, and Prince George’s County Public Schools to view the construction of the Cherokee Lane Elementary School. This multi-story, 95,827-square-foot, Pre-K to 5 facility will be the first Maryland public school built using the permanent off-site construction delivery method.
