Gilbert, AIA, REFP, presented an Education Session titled “Project Stakeholder Integration in Off-Site Construction” at the MD/DC 64th ASBO Annual Spring Conference in Ocean City, Maryland at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center. Tom presented both the Millmont Elementary & 6th Grade Magnet School and the West Reading Elementary Center as Case Studies. Off-Site Construction is a project delivery method requiring advance collaborative planning and an integrated team approach. From owner engagement and design to project execution, Tom discussed the challenges and opportunities team members may face when choreographing a project – getting it started on the right path and keeping it there.
